Terms and Conditions for Sale

ORDER ONCE PLACED SHALL NOT BE CANCELLED IN ANY CASE – BY PLACING THE ORDER AND ACCEPTING THESE CONDITIONS YOU HAVE GIVEN YOUR CONSENT THAT YOU SHALL ACCEPTTHE DELIVERY IN ANY CASE.
  • 1. Goods once sold shall not be taken back. No Return – No Exchange – No Refund.
  • 2. We shall appreciate your patience regarding the delivery time. We assure you that our team is working very hard to deliver goods on time. Average delivery time is around maximum 5 days and if there is any delay we shall notify you the same.
  • 3. COVID ALERT: We have taken proper care for sanitization; we shall appreciate if you also take proper care for the same.
  • 4. Orders shall be only processed once the payment is duly credite
  • 5. Kindly count the quantity at the time of receiving the delivery. No queries for the same shall be entertained after the delivery has been properly received and verified by you.
  • 6. After receiving the books and stationery, please do the physical verification of all the Books and Notebooks (Match the Name of Book with the list, confirm the class, confirm the publisher, confirm the types of notebooks, please check if there are any misprints or torn pages). Kindly inform any defect within 12 hours of the receipt of the parcel (please email the details with snap at Saibookhouse@yahoo.in). Click the snap of the defected book and notebook. Keep it aside and we shall change the same once we resume the physical sale. Kindly note that it shall be at the sole discretion of the Vendor to change the defected book or notebooks specially in case if any page is been torn.
  • 7. In case if you have ordered two sets of different classes / different schools at the same time, we do not ensure that you shall get the delivery at the same time.
  • 8. Order once placed shall not be cancelled in any case.
